Job summary

GoEco Products Pvt Ltd, a growing eco-friendly moulded-fibre packaging manufacturer in Neemrana, Rajasthan, seeks two Shift Supervisors to own plant running during their shift. You will lead a ~12-person team, drive production output, quality and machine uptime, and uphold maintenance, safety and MIS discipline.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Plastics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Tool & Die); CIPET diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory/shift-in-charge experience in thermoforming or plastic injection-moulding.
• Hands-on experience with air compressors, vacuum systems, boilers/thermic-fluid heating, and robots.
• Mould maintenance knowledge (fitment, changeover, upkeep).
• Knowledge of drives (VFD), PLC, motors and electrical control panels.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift production plan and hit output targets with minimal idle time.
• Ensure product quality; run first-line root-cause for defects with mould/maintenance teams.
• Enforce shift start checksheets and logs; act as first-line breakdown decision-maker.
• Oversee utilities and support equipment for safe, reliable operation.
• Manage shift manpower and conduct clean handovers at shift end.
• Drive safety (PPE, LOTO), 5S and MIS records on site.

Job description

GoEco Products Pvt Ltd is a growing eco-friendly moulded-fibre packaging manufacturer at Neemrana, Rajasthan. Our forming process is plastics-based, so we are looking for two Shift Supervisors (Shift In-charge) who come from the thermoforming / plastic injection-moulding industry and can own the safe, efficient, on-target running of the plant during their shift.

As Shift Supervisor you will be the single point of accountability on the shop floor for your shift driving production output, quality and machine uptime, leading a team of ~12 (operators, pulping operator and mechanical / electrical / mould-maintenance assistants), and enforcing our daily maintenance, safety and MIS discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the shift production plan and achieve output targets, with minimum idle time and fast, correct mould changeovers.
• Ensure product quality; control rejections and run first-line root-cause on recurring defects with the mould and mechanical team.
• Enforce start-of-shift checksheets and readings logs on all equipment; act as first-line breakdown decision-maker and escalate to Maintenance when needed.
• Look after utilities and support equipment air compressors, vacuum systems, boiler / thermic-fluid heating, and robots — for safe, reliable running.
• Manage shift manpower (attendance, deployment, on-job training, discipline) and give a clean end-of-shift handover.
• Drive safety (PPE, LOTO), 5S and housekeeping; maintain shift production, downtime and breakdown records in the plant MIS.

Must-Have Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Plastics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Tool & Die). CIPET diploma strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory / shift-in-charge experience in a thermoforming and/or plastic injection-moulding plant.
• Hands-on experience with air compressors, vacuum systems, boilers / thermic-fluid heating systems, and industrial robots.
• Mould maintenance experience (fitment, changeover, upkeep).
• Working knowledge of the basics of drives (VFD), PLC, motors and electrical control panels.

Note

Fibre / pulp-moulding experience is NOT required — plastics, thermoforming and injection-moulding experience is what matters.
