Job summary

Resume Destination is urgently seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Japanese client based in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HMC and VMC machine maintenance, and expertise in CNC electrical and mechanical systems to troubleshoot Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controls.

Additionally, reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, understanding TPM concepts, and familiarity with PM, MTBF, MTTR, and machine OEE are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HMC & VMC machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of CNC machine electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good troubleshooting skills for Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi CNC systems.
• Knowledge of servo drives, spindle drives, PLCs, sensors, proximity switches, relays, contactors, and control panels.
• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC machine parameters, alarms, diagnostics, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with TPM, PM, RCA, MTBF, MTTR, and machine OEE will be an advantage.
