Job summary

Wakefit Innovations is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to ensure uninterrupted CNC and woodworking machine operations. You will diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical faults across multiple machines including edge banders, beam saws, drilling units and Rover CNCs.

Responsibilities include maintaining maintenance records, managing spare parts, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs/servo motors and implementing preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting CNC and woodworking machinery across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Maintenance and repair of multiple machine types including edge banders, beam saws and drilling units.
• Proficient in reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams for diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operations of CNC machines and assembly lines with troubleshooting across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for edge banding machines (IMA, KDT, Homag, Biesse).
• Hands-on experience with Schelling beam saw machines.
• Hands-on experience with drilling machines (Router BHX, Biesse, Homage, Techno Winner).
• Hands-on experience with Rover CNC machines.
• Maintain maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
• PLC troubleshooting on woodworking machines.
• Work with VFDs, servo motors and switch gears.
• Read electrical and pneumatic diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records of PMs.
• Prepare MTTR, MTBF and breakdown trend analyses.
• Contribute to energy-saving projects and kaizen implementations.

Job description

1. Ensure seamless operations of all the CNC machines, assembly lines. Must have troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical malfunctions.
2. Hands on experience on edge banding machine troubleshooting skills. ( IMA, KDT, homag, Biesse).
3. Handsonexperience on Schelling beam saw machines.
4. Handsonexperience on drilling machines ( Router BHX,Biesse, homage, Techno winner).
5. Hands on experience on Rover CNC machines.
6. Should have skills on Maintaining maintenance records, managing spare part inventory.
7. Must have PLC troubleshooting skills in woodworking machines.
8. Hands on experience on VFDs, servo motors and switch gears.
9. Mustreadelectrical and Pneumatic diagrams for troubleshooting.
10. Must haveskills on Preventive maintenance and maintain records of preventive maintenance of individual Machines.
11. Must have skills in preparing MTTR, MTBF and Breakdown Trend.
12. Hands on experience on energy saving projects, Implement kaizens into the factory.
