Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of CNC and VMC machining processes and programming.
• Experience in new product development and tooling.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Excel for production planning.
• Knowledge of Quality Tools, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes and programming.
• New product development for regular parts and tooling.
• Maintain KPIs for Productivity, Quality, Scrap, Consumables, Safety, and Kaizen.
• Daily manpower allocation and operator performance monitoring.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
• Control quality issues and reduce rework/rejection.
• Ensure safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S standards.
• Drive continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, TPM, and SMED.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime records.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine and tool breakdowns.
• Escalate production/quality issues to management and follow up on corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes and programming.
• New product development for regular parts and tooling.
• Maintain KPIs for Productivity, Quality, Scrap, Consumables, Safety, and Kaizen.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
