Role overview

The Digital Designer is accountable for leading visual concepting and execution across client engagements. This role exists to translate strategy, messaging, and narrative into compelling visual systems that drive engagement and action. This is not a production-only role. The Digital Designer brings ideas, taste, and point of view - shaping how campaigns look, feel, and perform across channels. Success in this role means delivering creative that is strategically grounded, execution ready, and built with an understanding of how assets will actually run, be approved, and perform in-market.
