Job summary

NeuIQ Technologies Private Limited seeks a Supervisor/Senior Manager, Analytics to lead measurement planning, KPI development, and data visualization across digital media tactics. You will collaborate with the Director, Analytics to evaluate platforms, train the team, and ensure high-quality analytics work for multiple clients.

You will ensure data quality, deliver insights, and provide optimization recommendations, serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, media measurement, data strategy, or related field.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (Datorama/Tableau/Power BI).
• 3+ client management and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present ongoing client reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations on landing page/website performance to clients or internal teams
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, uncover the “why” behind data, identify performance improvement opportunities, and forecast performance
• Seek efficiency through automated data collection
• Identify appropriate A/B testing opportunities and speak to performance thereafter
• Prepare case studies and POVs for use in pitches and client and internal education
• Serve as a mentor to other team members, helping to train and educate the agency on analytics capabilities

Role Overview : The Supervisor/Senior Manager, Analytics is accountablefor measurement planning and KPI identification that sets the foundation forongoing campaign reporting, analysis, insights generation, and datavisualization across all digital media tactics and web analytics. You willcollaborate closely with the Director, Analytics and other Analytics teammatesin evaluating measurement platforms, identifying team training needs andcreating measurement frameworks. You will also work with fellow teammates toensure client analytics work is achieved, and for ensuring measurement plans,dashboarding and reporting, insights, and optimization recommendation forassigned clients is conducted under best practices. You will be responsible forensuring data quality and accuracy and serve as a trusted advisor to internaland external teams.
