SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced M365 Platform / Tenant Administrator L3 to manage a complex Microsoft 365 environment across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva, Power Platform and Copilot.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on administration, deep governance capabilities with CoreView or similar tools, and strong PowerShell/Microsoft Graph automation. This is PAN India remote, with governance and security responsibilities across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in M365 platform administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview retention, labels, audit, eDiscovery and information protection.
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation experience.
• Experience with M365 security baselines, RBAC, Secure Score, privileged access and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Strong hands-on experience with CoreView or equivalent M365 governance/admin tools.
• Administer Microsoft Purview retention, labels, audit, eDiscovery and information protection.

• Perform tenant health monitoring, service advisories, licensing and feature rollout management.
• Strong PowerShell & Microsoft Graph automation experience.
• Handle complex L3 incidents, RCA, problem management, changes and service improvements.
• Work with IAM, cybersecurity, L4/architecture and vendors on identity, security and integration issues.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, audit evidence and governance reports; mentor L1/L2 teams.
