Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Apps and Services Engineer to join our Bangalore/Hyderabad delivery teams. The role focuses on proactive services, education workshops, assessments, and guiding customers through Microsoft 365 deployments and optimizations.

You will travel for onsite deliveries, collaborate with a team of industry experts, and work closely with Microsoft consulting practices to drive customer success.

• M365 productivity apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clipchamp, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 Copilot.
• Primary Skills: M365
• Additional desired skills: Experience with M365 back-up and recovery
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.
• Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.
• Fluent English oral and written communication.
• Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
• Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.
• The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
