Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Lower Primary Head to lead and mentor the Grade 1 & 2 team while ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student development.

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
• B.Ed. or EECed (Early Childhood Education) is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the Foundational Section (Nursery to Grade 2) of a reputed CBSE/ICSE/International school.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in an academic leadership role such as Coordinator, Incharge, or Team Leader will be preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• CTET qualification will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, NEP 2020, and the National Curriculum Framework – Foundational (NCF-FS).
• Experience in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, lesson observations, and academic monitoring.
