Pagaar India in Bangalore is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Female Preferred) to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic and international roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, focusing on Cloud Sales and IT Sales profiles.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT recruitment, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management. Immediate joiners are preferred and you will work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic & International IT positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Screen technical profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Recruit Cloud Sales and IT Sales professionals.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
