Job summary

Bikanervala is looking for an Online Channel Executive / Sr. Executive (MIS) to strengthen its E-Commerce & Online Business Team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, D2C websites, and Quick Commerce platforms.

If you have strong Excel, MIS reporting, and marketplace operations experience, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading FMCG and food brand, with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in online marketplace operations and management of e-commerce channels.
• 2+ years in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations as stated in the ad.
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage D2C website and online marketplace operations.
• Handle Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other Quick Commerce platforms.
• Create and maintain product listings and catalogs.
• Manage inventory and stock updates across online channels.
• Execute promotional campaigns and online marketing activities.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Analyze marketplace performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ensure product information accuracy and timely updates.
• Track order fulfillment and customer satisfaction metrics.
