Job summary

Axis Bank invites applications for a Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) to be the face of the bank at multiple Bandra branches. You will drive customer acquisition, cross-sell banking products, and deliver best-in-class service to build durable relationships with customers.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, processing transactions, promoting digital channels, and participating in branch sales campaigns while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized institute.
• 0-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through referrals and lead generation activities.
• Cross-sell banking and third-party products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans, and Deposits.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT.
• Promote digital banking channels such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and WhatsApp Banking.
• Participate in branch sales campaigns, customer visits, and marketing initiatives.
