Responsibilities

• Cross-Selling and Promoting Bank Products: Actively offer and circulate-promote the Bank’s retail banking and third-party products (e.g., life coverage, general insurance, mutual fund variety, loans) to meet assigned budgets.
• Promote Axis Bank products via marketing activities and patron visits outside the branch.
• Achieving Business Targets: Consistently meet monthly business budgets set by the enterprise. Generate referrals and leads for NTB customers to extend the Bank's consumer base.
• Customer Engagement and Retention: Encourage customers to grow deposits and deepen their banking relationship with Axis Bank. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries to prevent complaints.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure prompt handling of all customer requests. Maintain daily records of customer interactions within the Bank’s CRM tool.
• Compliance and Audit: Adhere to all compliance guidelines and regulatory norms for banking activities. Ensure all audit requirements are met, maintaining top-tier audit rankings for the branch.
• Training and Development: Complete obligatory certifications required for the role, which includes EUIN and SP certifications. Participate in learning activities and training sessions conducted by the Bank.
