Job summary

Zydus Lifesciences is seeking a disciplined QA/Manufacturing Associate to ensure cGMP compliance, SOP adherence, and efficient warehouse operations in Ahmedabad. You will supervise line activities, manage raw materials storage, perform SAP transactions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely production.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP, GDP, safety norms and SOPs.
• Monitor and ensure ASRS functioning, technical support, stock verification against WM and SAP, AMC, Preventive Maintenance of ASRS.
• Connect with Godrej for software/hardware discrepancies and resolution to avoid business delays.
• Supervise activities done by FTE & Operator.
• Ensure proper receipt, arrangement, storage and maintenance of raw/miscellaneous material.
• Perform line clearance and supervise operation and cleaning of equipment/instrument/auxiliary items.
• Check calibration/verification of weighing balance and other instruments.
• Monitor environmental conditions (Temperature, RH, differential pressure).
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in department.
• Perform additional activities after training.
• Monitor disposal of waste generated during activities.
• Assist in/carry out qualification activities.
• Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation, risk assessments).
• Prepare SOPs and GMP documents.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for interdepartmental activities and planning.
• Impart training of SOPs to concerned personnel.
• Handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
• Ensure proper arrangement and storage of returned/rejected/expired materials.
• Perform SAP transactions as required.
• Report non-compliance to HOD/plant head and investigate.

* To monitor and ensure ASRS functioning, technical support, stock verification against WM and SAP, AMC, Preventive Maintenance of ASRS. Smooth operations of ASRS system.

*To connect with Godrej for any software and hardware related discrepancies and its resolution to avoid business delays.

* To monitor and ensure hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in department.

* To perform additional activities as instructed by superior after proper training.

* To monitor disposal of waste generated during activities.

*To assist in / carry out qualification activities.

* To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation, risk assessments).

* To prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP documents.

* To co-ordinate with cross functional team members for interdepartmental activities and planning.

* To impart training of SOPs to concerned personnel.

* To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.

* To ensure proper arrangement and storage of the returned / rejected/ expired, raw / packing / finished goods / miscellaneous material.

* To perform SAP transactions as per requirement.

* To report observed non-compliance to department HOD / plant head and investigate the same."

* To Issue/Dispense the Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods.

* To monitor the physical stock verification and initiate the shortage/excess during dispensing and physical stock verification.

* To monitor and ensure the disposition of Expired, Rejected, Obsolete and Non -moving materials.
