Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Inward Material Management
   • Ensure timely receipt, verification, and GRN processing of incoming materials.
   • Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and stores teams for material acceptance and storage.
2. 2. Outbound & Dispatch Management
   • Plan and execute customer dispatches as per delivery schedules.
   • Ensure accurate picking, packing, documentation, and on-time shipment.
3. 3. Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
   • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock audits.
   • Monitor stock levels and address inventory discrepancies promptly.
4. 4. Sales Team Coordination
   • Coordinate with the sales team regarding order fulfilment, dispatch status, and inventory availability.
   • Support customer delivery commitments through effective warehouse planning.
5. 5. Warehouse Operations & Housekeeping
   • Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
   • Maintain 5S standards, warehouse discipline, and optimal space utilization.
6. 6. Team Supervision & Safety Compliance
   • Supervise warehouse manpower and daily operational activities.
   • Ensure compliance with EHS, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
   • Conduct safety awareness activities and promote a zero-accident culture
