Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, lead times, and freight costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage shipping documentation, customs compliance, and trade regulations for domestic and international shipments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and transportation management systems to ensure supply chain visibility.

What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain Logistics team, you'll create impact by Driving end-to-end logistics excellence that ensures reliable, cost-effective delivery of sustainable water solutions to customers worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing transportation costs

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations


• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and transportation management tools


• Solid understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and trade compliance


• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies


• Familiarity with Grundfos products or the manufacturing/industrial sector


• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI
