Speedomile Logistics Private Limited in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Logistics Operations Executive to coordinate vehicle placements, monitor trips, and manage dispatch activities. You will liaise with customers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate MIS reporting.

The role requires 0-3 years in logistics operations, MS Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills. Based at Taloja/Usatane, it offers growth opportunities in 3PL operations and end-to-end logistics.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• 0-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, dispatch, or fleet coordination preferred.
• Experience in vehicle placement, GPS tracking, driver management, and dispatch operations.
• Basic knowledge of customer and vendor billing, invoice verification, and trip reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle placement as per customer requirements and daily dispatch plans.
• Track vehicles and monitor trip progress to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Manage driver coordination, attendance, trip updates, and issue resolution.
• Handle order processing, shipment planning, and dispatch management.
• Prepare daily MIS reports, update operational data, and validate trip-related information.
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, delivery updates, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer emails, queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability, placement, and trip completion.
• Manage customer and vendor billing, invoice verification, and billing-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle placements, delivery status, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delays, vehicle breakdowns, and dispatch-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, customer requirements, and operational timelines.

2. Preferred Candidate Profile
