Movemyload is seeking an experienced Team Leader for OTR & Drayage within a US Freight Brokerage setup. This in-person role leads the OTR and drayage operations team, coordinating loads, dispatch, and carrier relations from our base in India.

You will drive performance, mentor staff, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with brokerage standards in a fast-paced environment. This position emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Competenze

• 4–5+ years of experience in US Freight Brokerage.
• Hands-on experience in OTR & Drayage.
• Previous Team Lead experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of US trucking and freight operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Negotiate rates and drive profitable load movement.
• Train, mentor, and support team members.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and brokerage standards.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in US Freight Brokerage.
• Strong hands‑on experience in OTR & Drayage.
• Previous Team Lead experience preferred.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
