You will coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and freight forwarders, track shipments, manage invoices and documents, and align logistics with procurement, production, and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in logistics/supply chain leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of customs procedures, import/export rules, and shipping laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics: shipment scheduling, transportation, and warehouse ops.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and freight forwarders for smooth import/export.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.
• Align logistics plans with procurement, production, and sales objectives.
• Analyze transportation costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Report logistics KPIs and cost efficiency to senior management.
• Manage invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading; resolve logistics issues promptly.
