Job summary

Pasura Crop Care in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and depot operations, monitor inventory movement, stock levels, storage and material handling.

You will coordinate with regional and area managers for supply planning, manage vendor relationships and logistics costs, conduct regular stock audits, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive improvements across transportation and depot networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Strong experience in warehouse, depot, C&F, transportation, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple warehouses/depot operations across locations.
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock audits, transportation planning, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in vendor management, warehouse agreements, and logistics cost control.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams, dealers, transporters, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and logistics reporting tools.
• Knowledge of transit insurance, statutory compliance, and state-level logistics regulations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and depot operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, storage, and material handling activities.
• Verify warehouse-related expenditure vouchers and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize warehouses across different states in line with business requirements.
• Manage warehouse agreements, vendor coordination, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers (RMs) and Area Managers (AMs) for supply planning and inventory requirements.
• Prepare and update the RSF (Rolling Stock Forecast)based on NSM inputs, supply schedules, and stock holds.
• Conduct regular depot visits and resolve operational, inventory, and logistics-related issues.
• Manage C&F (Carrying & Forwarding)operations and transportation from factories to depots and dealers.
• Coordinate vehicle planning, allocation, and transportation arrangements to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage transit insurance policies and coordinate with relevant authorities and departments in Telangana.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper reconciliation of physical and system inventory.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to stock leakage, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements across logistics operations.
• Track logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
