Honasa Consumer Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a warehousing operations professional to manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities across B2B and D2C channels.

You will collaborate with warehouse, revenue, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability and efficient order processing. The role emphasizes optimizing transport, reducing stockouts, and implementing SOPs in warehouse operations, with a focus on KPI-driven performance and cost savings across the regional network.

Qualifications

• Graduate with min. 3-5 Yrs of experience in Warehousing Operations.
• Experience of working with warehouse management system and SAP.
• Analytics skills and good working knowledge in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure order processing per SLA.
• Coordinate stock availability with Revenue & Logistics for PO extensions.
• Partner with S&OP to ensure inventory availability and reduce stockouts.
• Work with Logistics to improve transport efficiency and cost savings, developing regional transporters.
• Monitor 3PL/transporters' KPIs and take corrective actions to boost performance.
• Lead warehouse improvement projects focusing on productivity and process simplification.
• Conduct monthly operational reviews with the regional revenue team.

Job description

The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehousing & distribution operations of the region for B2B and D2C channels across all the brands of Honasa Consumer Ltd.

Responsibilities & Duties -

• Work closely with the warehouse team and ensure order processing according to the defined SLA’s


• Ensure Timely connectivity of stocks at customer end / Coordinate with Revenue & Logistics team for PO extension


• Work closely with the S&OP team to ensure inventory availability and reduce stockout


• Work closely with the Logistics team in formulating and implementing processes that lead to transport efficiency, cost saving and optimal service levels while developing pool of regional transporters.


• Track and monitor performance of 3PL & transporters against KPIs and service levels; Support in taking corrective actions to improve overall performance.


• Drive warehouse improvement projects in context of productivity and process simplification


• Conduct monthly operational performance review with regional revenue team
