Job summary

V2 Retail Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager – Logistics Operations with 5–10 years of experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG supply chain. You will manage end-to-end logistics across regional hubs, warehouses, and retail stores, driving efficiency and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, process management, and the ability to ensure smooth logistics execution with high service quality. You will oversee transportation, inventory movements, and KPI reporting while leading teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in SCM is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in V2 Retail or similar retail/fashion organizations preferred.
• Exposure to regional distribution center operations and retail logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across warehouses, hubs, and retail stores.
• Oversee transportation planning, dispatch management, and timely delivery of stock.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouses, vendors, transporters, and store operations teams.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Drive warehouse operational efficiency and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Track shipment status, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance metrics.
• Manage logistics MIS reports, operational dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Optimize transportation costs and improve logistics productivity.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Lead warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
• Handle escalation management related to delays, shortages, or operational issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives for supply chain optimization.
• Strong knowledge of retail logistics and warehouse operations.
