Job summary

Bharat Oil and Waste Management Limited is hiring a Logistics Incharge to manage end-to-end transportation, movement, and documentation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, raw materials, and finished products. You will ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance while coordinating with drivers, transporters, and plants.

The role requires 5 years of logistics experience and knowledge of transport rules, documentation, and fleet management.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in hazardous or industrial sectors.
  • Good knowledge of transportation rules and documentation.
  • Experience handling fleets, transport vendors, and regulatory compliance.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and logistics tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations including vehicle scheduling and dispatch.
  • Maintain complete logistics documentation including manifests, GPS records, e-way bills, weighbridge slips, and transport challans.
  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, plant operations, and customers for smooth material movement.
  • Ensure vehicles are GPS-enabled, compliant with pollution norms, and have permits/insurance.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization, turnaround time, fuel consumption, and costs.
  • Ensure safety standards during loading, unloading, and transportation.
  • Handle emergencies such as breakdowns, spills, or delays during transit.
  • Coordinate with government departments for inspections and compliance.
  • Maintain records for internal audits and management review.
  • Support plant operations to ensure uninterrupted movement of waste and materials.

About the Role

The Logistics Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of transportation, movement, and documentation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, raw materials, and finished products, ensuring full compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Salary Upto 3.5LPA+Accomadation (for Individual)+All other benefits as per law & company policy.
