Bayfield Food Ingredients in Angamali, Kerala is seeking a Logistics Executive – Dispatch & Transportation with 3+ years of experience to plan and coordinate dispatches, manage transportation, and ensure timely deliveries across the supply chain.

The role requires collaboration with Warehouse, Production, Sales and transporters, plus accuracy in invoices, e-way bills, and MIS reporting to optimize costs and maintain FIFO/FEFO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food processing.
• Experience in dispatch planning and transporter coordination.
• Proficient in ERP and MS Excel; strong documentation and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and transportation.
• Arrange vehicles and monitor on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales and transporters for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain dispatch records, PODs and logistics MIS.
• Support inventory reconciliation and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.

Role Summary

The Logistics Executive – Dispatch & Transportation will be responsible for planning and coordinating dispatches, managing transportation, ensuring timely order deliveries, maintaining logistics documentation, and coordinating with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and customers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
