Qualifications

• 5–7 years in logistics, dispatch, transportation, warehouse or factory operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, FMCG, building materials or similar industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the daily dispatch schedule based on orders and priorities.
• Allocate vehicles (company-owned and external) per dispatch needs and coordinate with production, stores, billing and sales.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery while optimizing transport costs and route efficiency.
• Maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, LR and POD.
• Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance schedules and report issues immediately.

URGENT HIRING LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR / INCHARGE

Location: Mandapeta, Andhra Pradesh

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Dew Foams Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Supervisor / Incharge to independently manage the company’s dispatch operations, vehicle movement, transportation, delivery coordination and logistics documentation.

The role requires strong control over day-to-day logistics to ensure accurate, timely and cost-effective dispatches and deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute the daily dispatch schedule based on confirmed customer orders and priorities.
• Arrange and allocate company-owned and external vehicles according to dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Billing and Sales teams.
• Supervise loading and ensure correct product, quantity, customer and destination before dispatch.
• Ensure optimum vehicle capacity utilization and efficient route planning.
• Track all vehicles from dispatch until successful customer delivery.
• Maintain daily records of vehicle trips, kilometres, diesel consumption and transportation expenses.
• Monitor FASTag, toll, RTO, freight and other logistics expenses.
• Coordinate and negotiate with transporters and external vehicle operators.
• Control transportation costs and continuously work towards improving cost per trip / cost per delivery.
• Maintain proper invoice, delivery challan, LR, POD and dispatch documentation.
• Monitor company vehicle condition, service schedules and preventive maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate drivers and logistics manpower.
• Immediately report any vehicle breakdown, dispatch delay, shortage, damage or delivery issue.
• Submit accurate daily dispatch and vehicle movement reports to Management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company dispatch protocols and logistics procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred

Experience: 5–7 years in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, Warehouse or Factory Operations.

Candidates with hands-on logistics experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, FMCG, building materials or similar industries will be strongly preferred.
