Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a logistics coordinator for ocean shipment coordination based near Perungudi, Chennai. The role requires handling order setup, shipping instructions, packing lists and coordination with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders and US partners. Evening shift with 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• UG/PG degree required.
• 2+ years experience in ocean shipment coordination / freight logistics coordination with shipping line, CHA or freight forwarders.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.
• Evening shift.
• Residents around Perungudi (Chennai).

Responsibilities

• Handle smooth order completion, PO/Sales order setup, booking procurement & issuance, shipping instructions submission, packing list entry.
• Logistical troubleshooting and coordination with US based vendors and US HQ, CHA, freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
