Job summary

Bruker Bengaluru is seeking an experienced import/export and sales order professional to optimize service parts logistics across global facilities. You will drive processes for outbound shipments, returns, and stock accuracy.

Collaborating with brokers, plants, country warehouses and service leaders, you will clear import issues, support export clearances, maintain records, and publish KPIs to improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ import/export and sales order experience.
• Global import/export rules knowledge across China, Germany, India, Israel, Malaysia, and the US.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Bruker has multiple factories, service centers, and depots located in US, Malaysia, Germany, Israel, and other locations throughout the world. Bruker customers are also located across the world.

In this role you will be the import/export expert for service parts and returns. Responsible for process, logistics, and day to day activity to reduce service part ship time, maintain stock accuracy, and avoid delays at customs. In addition, job scope includes managing open service, part orders and inventory. This role interacts across teams including but limited to service leaders, production planners, operational leaders, document control, compliance team, and others involved in the service parts/repair process.

Responsibilities:

Import & Export

• Establish and continuously improve import/export process for service part outbound shipments and returns. This includes shipments from any Bruker location to our global customer base and returns to Bruker factory from any of our global customers.
• Take quick action to clear import issues with Bruker service parts by serving as liaison between brokers, plants and others supporting
• Support export clearance of Bruker parts from any of our factories, 3PLs, or warehouses to our customers located throughout the world.
• Maintain records, publish key performance indicators, and make visible activity.

Sales Order and Inventory Management

• Establish and continuously improve service order and inventory process to best manage service orders, get parts to our customers quickly and maintain proper stock count.
• Actively manage open service parts/repair orders by partnering with admins, planners, logistics, and service leaders to clear roadblocks and get parts to our customers in a timely manner.
• Actively manage service inventory and maintain proper stock count, including physical inventory when needed.
• Check stock availability and liaise with plants and country warehouses when needed to provide commit dates to our customers.
• Monitor the record of in- and outbound deliveries of 3PL and Bruker owned warehouses
• Actively manage return of Bruker owned assets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in import/export and sales order management or similar areas
• Working knowledge and 5+ year experience with import/export rules and regulations globally with higher level understanding of China, Germany, India, Israel, Malaysia, and US rules/regulations.
• Working knowledge and 3+ year experience in SAP SD/MM modules
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork oriented
• Ability to lead a project with cross-functional team members
• Language: good spoken and written English.
