Krazy Bee Services in Bengaluru is hiring for a Telecollections / Loan Recovery Executive (Voice Process).

You will make outbound recovery calls to borrowers, explain balances and charges, and negotiate repayment timelines to secure firm Promise-to-Pay commitments.

• Education: Any Graduate (Freshers eligible) or PUC (DRA Certified).
• Language proficiency: English + Hindi or English + 2 South Indian Languages.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, debt persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
