Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd in Uttar Pradesh seeks a proactive Loan Officer for Retail MFB sales. You will target disbursement goals, manage client acquisition, and build relationships with microfinance groups (JLG) to expand reach across Ghanghata and surrounding areas.

You will monitor repayments, reduce delinquencies, and ensure portfolio quality while conducting regular field visits, centre meetings, and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 5 years in sales officer role in microfinance preferred.
• Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identify JLGs and disbursed loans to suit target customers and geographies.
• Develop and manage a team across territories for market penetration.
• Assess potential client base and opportunities for geographical expansion.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections targets.
• Follow up on disbursed loans, especially those overdue.
• Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings and loan applications.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking dues, non-starters, delinquencies and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand identification with customers.
• Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets
• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
• Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre

Experience & Qualifications

Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
