Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd invites applications for a Loan Officer - Retail MFB - Sales in Warangal. The role focuses on growing microfinance disbursements, managing field teams, and expanding market reach in Ghanpur and surrounding areas.

You will assess client bases, build customer relationships, and ensure portfolio quality while achieving daily/weekly collection targets. Freshers to up to 5 years of MF sales are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with strong sales and field networking skills.
• Fresher to maximum of 5 yrs experience as a sales officer in microfinance.
• Basic understanding of Microfinance and JLG model preferred.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and centre meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identify Joint liability Groups & disburse loans to suit target customers and geographies.
• Develop and manage sales teams across territories for deeper market penetration.
• Assess potential client base and expansion opportunities for operation areas.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections targets.

Loan Officer - Retail MFB - Sales - Warangal - Ghanpur - J Grades 10563

Responsibilities

• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets
• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
• Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre
• Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business
• Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
