• Monitor Linux servers and infrastructure.
• Perform routine health checks on CPU, Memory, Disk, and Network.
• User and group management.
• Basic file system administration and permission management.
• Log monitoring and analysis using Linux commands.
• Service management using systemctl.
• Basic troubleshooting of Linux OS issues.
• Incident ticket handling through ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 teams.
• Good to have - Awareness of RedHat OpenShift technology
• Excellent troubleshooting mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in shifts 24x7
• Customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn emerging cloud and container technologies.
• ServiceNow or other ticketing tool experience.
• Good ITIL understanding.
