Job summary

adani capital pvt ltd in Chennai is seeking an experienced Linux Operations specialist (L2/L3) to support and maintain our Linux infrastructure in a data-center environment.

You will monitor, secure, and optimize Linux servers, handle incidents and service requests, document configurations, and generate health reports. The role requires collaboration with network and IT teams, adherence to ITIL practices, and a proactive digital mindset to stay ahead of AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or information systems.
• RHCSA/CCNA/VCP certifications preferred.
• 1–12 years of hands-on Linux experience in data centers or IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or master degree in computer science or computer engineering or information technology or information systems.
• Preferred Certification(s): RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) / CCNA / VCP
• Experience: 1-6 8-12 yrs years of hands-on experience in supporting Linux systems within a data center or IT infrastructure environment.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) & knowledge of scripting language (Bash, PowerShell) for automation & task execution.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
