Job summary

Emizen Tech is seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux server infrastructure in enterprise production environments.

The role covers installation/configuration of RHEL/CentOS/Fedora, data migrations, database administration (MySQL/MariaDB), and remote server management via SSH with LVM. It includes AWS cloud and hosting-panel responsibilities (WHM/cPanel/Plesk), plus Open-source monitoring with Zabbix and comprehensive server migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux server infrastructure in production environments.
• Hands-on with AWS cloud servers and EC2.
• Knowledge of hosting panels WHM/Plesk/C-panel.
• SSH, shell scripting, and data migration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Fedora Linux, CentOS, and perform maintenance.
• Perform data migrations across multiple Linux/Unix RHEL based servers.
• Install and manage databases such as MySQL and MariaDB.
• Remote administration via SSH and configure file systems with LVM.
• Install and manage AWS cloud servers and on-premises servers.
• Migrate and troubleshoot hosting via WHM, Plesk, or cPanel.
• Provide support for provisioning and server migrations via tickets/phone/chat.
• Manage web servers (Apache/Nginx) and mail servers (Exim/Postfix).
• Maintain system administration guidelines and policies.
• Set up Open-Source monitoring with Zabbix.
• Environment: Linux RHEL/CentOS/AWS EC2/Ubuntu.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux server infrastructure in enterprise production environments.

What You Will Do

• Installation and configuration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Fedora Linux, Cent OS, Maintenance and system administrations.
• Perform and data migration across multiple Linux/Unix RHEL based servers.
• Installation of Database server and User management such as MySQL, Maria DB etc.
• Work on daily orders which include Remote administration of Linux server via SSH and configuration of the file system using LVM.
• Should know how to Install and manage the AWS Cloud server/Linux Cloud servers/ Physical servers (Web server/Database server /Email server) also have knowledge of troubleshooting via shell script.
• Should have knowledge of hosting panels WHM/Plesk/C-Panel etc. also perform the migration, troubleshooting task, management of hosting services and backup services via panel.
• Providing Support and regards to Provisioned Subscriptions and Server migration (Web/database/email) via Ticket system / Phone and chat support.
• Performed the activity in Web servers (Apache/Nginx), Database server (MySQL, Maria DB), Email server(Webmail EXIM /Postfix) according to customer requirement.
• Maintain, review and maintain system administration guideline and policy.
• Have good knowledge of installation/configuration and setup of Open-source monitoring server tool Zabbix server.
• Platform Environment: - Linux server RHEL, Cent-OS/AWS EC2/Ubuntu etc.
