Job summary

ClearTrail Technologies is seeking a Tech Support Engineer (Linux) to implement and support software and hardware infrastructure. The role is based in Indore, MP, India, requiring BE or MCA and strong Linux/virtualization and automation skills.

Responsibilities include designing deployment architectures, implementing security, and deploying monitoring tools with a focus on high availability and customer SLAs. You will work on automation, troubleshooting, and documenting technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/computers or MCA with relevant IT focus.
• Proficient in Linux and virtualization technologies (KVM/Oracle).
• Experience with automation (Ansible, Python, shell scripting) and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify hardware and software requirements for product implementation.
• Stay updated with trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
• Design highly available deployment, networking, storage and virtualization architectures.
• Design network security aligned to customer needs.
• Deploy and monitor hardware, software and applications; use monitoring tools.
• Automate deployments and system upgrades.
• Diagnose customer issues and propose solutions within SLAs.
• Review user documentation and product specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify Hardware and Software requirements related to Product Implementation.
• Keep yourself updated with latest trends in Hardware and Software Infrastructure
• Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture and storage architecture, virtualization architecture.
• Design network security as per the requirement of customer.
• Design and deploy Hardware, Software and Application monitoring tools.
• Use automation for deployments and system upgrades
• Diagnose customer reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs
• Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos and other functional specifications.

Must Have Skills:

• Linux
• Linux Virtualization KVM/Oracle Virtualization
• Experience in Ansible, Python, Shell Scripting
• Experience in using monitoring tools like Nagios etc.
