Job summary

Idexcel in Chennai / Pune is seeking a Lighting Engineer with automotive lighting domain experience. You will contribute to headlamp and tail lamp design, CATIA V5 modeling, and development of lighting components with emphasis on plastics and advanced surfacing.

The position requires BE and 5+ years of hands-on work, with DFM and GD&T knowledge, packaging studies, and collaboration with Tier-1 customers. You will also support Chennai-based customer needs and participate in assessments/interviews

Qualifications

• Automotive Lighting domain experience.
• CATIA V5 proficiency.
• Lighting component design and development.
• Plastic parts and advanced surfacing knowledge.
• Headlamp / tail lamp development exposure.
