Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Vadodara. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and explain life insurance products
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and support policyholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple, clear manner.
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and willingness to learn LIC’s product portfolio and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales and performance targets.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a college degree in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage
