Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee land acquisition activities under MIDC Act and private acquisitions.
  • Handle verification of revenue records, agreements, and registration-related work.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on MIDC applications and approvals.
  • Coordinate with revenue authorities, Sub-Registrar offices, and government departments.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination for private land acquisitions, including site visits and aggregator meetings.
  • Ensure all legal and acquisition-related activities are completed accurately and within timelines.
  • Monitor progress of land acquisition projects and report to senior management.
  • Act as primary liaison with clients, advocates, aggregators, and consultants.
  • Draft, review, and manage agreements and other legal documents.
  • Oversee office administration and data entry.

Sr. Liaisoning Officer
Reporting Time -9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Reporting To-Head Land Acquisition / Project Head / Senior Management
Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate (Law or relevant discipline preferred)
  • Significant experience in land acquisition, liaisoning, and government coordination, preferably in logistics parks / infrastructure projects.

  • Project, Legal & Administration teams

Will Be In charge/Responsible for
  • Leading land acquisition activities under MIDC and private acquisitions
  • Coordinating with government authorities, revenue offices, and Sub-Registrars
  • Verifying revenue records, agreements, and handling registrations
  • Managing MIDC applications, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating with clients, advocates, and aggregators
  • Overseeing legal documentation related to land acquisition
  • Supervising liaisoning and support staff
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management

Key Responsibilities
Land Acquisition & Regulatory Coordination
  • Oversee land acquisition activities under MIDC Act and private acquisitions.
  • Handle verification of revenue records, agreements, and registration-related work.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on MIDC applications and approvals.
  • Coordinate with revenue authorities, Sub-Registrar offices, and government departments.
Project & Process Management
  • Manage end-to-end coordination for private land acquisitions, including site visits and aggregator meetings.
  • Ensure all legal and acquisition-related activities are completed accurately and within timelines.
  • Monitor progress of land acquisition projects and resolve on-ground issues proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, advocates, aggregators, and consultants.
  • Attend meetings with revenue department officials and clients as required.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure transparent communication throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Legal Documentation & Registration
  • Draft, review, and manage agreements, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct document scrutiny, searches, and registrations at Sub-Registrar offices.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards.
General Administration
  • Oversee office administration and basic accounting coordination related to liaisoning wor
  • Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and record maintenance for all projects.
  • Prepare and submit regular status reports to senior management.

  • Supervise and coordinate liaisoning and office staff.
