Lenskart in Ernakulam, Kerala seeks a proactive Retail Sales Associate to promote eyewear products, lenses and accessories while delivering expert advice on frames and optical solutions. You will build customer relationships, support store targets, supervise junior staff, handle complaints, maintain displays and inventory, and collaborate with optometrists to ensure smooth operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a proven sales

Competenze

• Graduation from any stream is required.
• Min 35 years of experience in retail sales.
