Job summary

Collabera in Vadodara is seeking a Law graduate for a Contract and Compliance role. The candidate will verify and vet contracts, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and raise findings to ensure 100% compliance within tight timelines.

The role involves reviewing terms, resolving queries, advising on roadblocks, standardizing agreements, and providing sign-off to the Contracts department. It also includes liaising with delivery teams and subcontractors, and generating management reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Law (LLB) with 1 year of experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review terms and conditions of contracts (Staffing, Direct Hire, Managed Services) and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Resolve queries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Advise on workarounds for contract roadblocks and mitigate contract risks.
• Standardize, improvise and vet various agreements/contracts.
• Provide sign-off on matters referred to Contracts department.
• Understand complex contracts and break down issues by criticality, proposing solutions.
• Provide backend support to the Legal Department.
• Act as primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub-contractors, ensuring timely handling of legal and contractual matters.
• Prepare reports and track exceptions for senior management.

Job Role involves:

• Acting as the primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub-contractors, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Preparing reports and keeping a track of all the exceptions, for the perusal of the senior management.
