In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our valued client relationships by assisting in their contract management department. • Draft and review basic contracts such as NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements.
• Check contracts for accuracy and follow client guidelines.
• Join calls with clients and vendors when needed.
• Help review contract changes and raise complex issues to senior team members.
• Work with the legal team to resolve contract-related questions.
• Communicate professionally with vendors through emails and calls.
• Keep contract records and trackers updated.
• Follow company and client contract processes and procedures.
• Build good working relationships with clients and vendors.
• Support the team with additional contract-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of law school.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Sound business judgment, with the ability to anticipate and analyze the consequences of decisions/initiatives and understand the needs of the client.
• While not mandatory, familiarity with the healthcare sector is preferred due to the client's focus on healthcare solutions.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication proficiency.
• May occasionally require flexibility to respond to after-hours requests as dictated by business needs.
• Must maintain a quiet working environment with a reliable broadband connection.
