Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a legal recovery professional with 2–4 years of experience in 138/25 matters. You will handle MIS reporting, documentation, and coordination with advocates and courts to support recovery processes.

The role requires strong MIS skills, detail orientation, and an understanding of regulatory requirements. Poised for a full-time on-site position in Hyderabad with exposure to NBFC legal procedures.

Qualifications

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university with strong understanding of legal recovery processes and litigation related to 138/25 matters.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in 138/25 legal recovery, including case handling, legal notices documentation, coordination with advocates, court follow ups, and basic MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & MIS generation for legal recovery cases.
• Documentation management and case file upkeep.
• MIS case tracking and data integrity checks.
• Supply of docs/cheques to field team as needed.
• Coordination with external lawyers and field team.
• Report publishing and updates to stakeholders.
• Bills validation and archiving relevant paperwork.
• Arrangement of soft copies of orders/summons.
• Support legal processes in 138/25 matters.
