Job summary

PGR Infra Projects in India seeks a legal professional with 2–3 years of construction experience to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, review tenders, and advise on regulatory matters for ongoing and upcoming projects.

You will coordinate with external counsel, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and robust governance documentation. Kannada reading ability is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the construction field.
• LLB from a reputed college.
• Strong knowledge of construction, contract, labor, and commercial laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Should be able to read Kannada documents.

Responsibilities

• Handling Project approvals in all the banks necessary.
