Liaise with advocate, Sub-Registrars, government department for revenue, registration and approvals.

Legal due diligence, legal drafting & review, APF co-ordination with Banks, customer queries handling.

Registration co-ordination, real estate compliance, Approval co-ordination, TNRERA compliance.

The legal team is responsible for providing expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and protecting the organization’s interests. This role involves drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and representing the company in legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization’s management and departments. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to the business.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Maintain records of all executed contracts and monitor contract deadlines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide strategies to mitigate them. Manage and resolve disputes or claims involving the organization.
• Litigation Management: Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court appearances and arbitrations. Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain proper documentation of all legal cases, correspondence, and reports.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in real estate or construction sector (Executive – Senior Executive).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in real estate transactions, property law especially within the real estate or construction sector (Required for Manager).
