SkillLabs Resource Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a legal professional to identify matters for filing under SARFAESI and other legal actions in consultation with relevant departments.

The role focuses on debt recovery through SARFAESI actions and related legal procedures, ensuring accurate MIS and RBI reporting for the assigned area. You will attend arbitration, court proceedings, and draft notices and petitions, coordinate with enforcement agencies, manage collateral from surrender or

Responsabilidades

• Identifying matters for filing 138, SARFASEI and other legal action in consultaion
• Handle all legal matters in debt recovery through SERFASEI action
• Assist in planning the strategies and procedures to be followed in debt recovery and maintain and prepare legal MIS for the assigned area, RBI MIS while providing quarterly reports on Legal recovery.
• Attend arbitration, section 9, execution, court receiver meetings, court receiver execution and help draft section SERFASEI notices , possession and sale notices, section 9 application, arbitration claim petition, suit for redemption of mortgage.
• Handle all legal, SARFAESI & compliance matters of the company and co-ordinate with external vendors/agencies for execution of different stage of SARFAESI Act.
• Maintain and safe guard collaterals which are in the company's possession post surrender or repossession after due adherence of norms under SARFAESI Act.
• Co-ordinate with enforcement agencies and local police while taking physical possession of mortgaged property and ensure effective steps are taken in furtherance of the cases to get them resolved within the legal framework as advised.
• Keep abreast of all latest developments/trends in local law/best practices with respect to collections, security creation and loan documentation.
