Skills

Legal professional with prior working experience of contracts, disputes, advisory, general corporate, government and regulatory matters and matters relating to commercial compliance.

Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to participate in group meetings. The candidate should be fluent in both English.

Proficient in the use of computers, specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Good analytical skills, attention to detail and data management capabilities.

Ability to work individually and to follow up with internal stakeholders for ensuring statutory and contractual compliance.
