Job summary

RMZ in Hyderabad is seeking a leasing professional to manage tenant satisfaction, drive renewals and expansions, and coordinate with legal, finance, projects, and operations to execute transactions. The role involves property presentations, site visits, and meetings with corporate occupiers, building a strong leasing pipeline, and generating regular MIS reports.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in CRE leasing and strong negotiation and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
