Human Forte in Pune is seeking an experienced commercial leasing professional to manage end-to-end leasing transactions, from initial contact to closing.

You will develop client relationships, conduct market research on industry trends and tenant demand, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the leasing process.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field (real estate development, property management).
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
