Job summary

RMZ in Hyderabad seeks a leasing professional to manage tenant relationships and drive renewals and expansions across its commercial assets.

You will coordinate with legal, finance, projects, and operations to ensure seamless transactions, conduct site visits, and present property opportunities to corporate occupiers. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining a leasing pipeline with periodic MIS reports are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
