Job summary

Fortune Resources & Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Operations Manager to lead end-to-end leasing from enquiry to possession and handover. You will coordinate with tenants, landlords, brokers, legal, finance and facilities teams to ensure smooth executions and timely registrations.

You will review lease agreements, renewals and related documents, monitor expiries, rent revisions, deposits, and maintain accurate records. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/MBA in relevant field with real estate exposure.

• Experience in leasing, property management or real estate operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leasing operations from enquiry to handover.
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, brokers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review lease docs, renewals, LOIs and amendments.
• Track expiries, renewals, rent revisions and deposits.
• Ensure timely execution and registration of lease documents.
• Maintain accurate lease records and MIS reports.
• Coordinate inspections, move-ins/move-outs, and escalations.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with finance on overdue payments.
• Lead leasing ops team and drive KPIs.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leasing operations from enquiry/closure through agreement execution, possession and handover.


• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, brokers, legal teams, finance teams, facility teams and other stakeholders.


• Prepare, review and coordinate lease agreements, renewals, amendments, LOIs and related documentation.


• Track lease expiries, renewals, rent revisions, security deposits and other commercial terms.


• Ensure timely execution and registration of lease-related documents.


• Maintain accurate records of leases, tenants, properties, payments, renewals and documentation.


• Coordinate property inspections, handovers, move-ins and move-outs.


• Monitor rental collections, outstanding payments and escalation of overdue accounts in coordination with finance.


• Manage tenant queries, operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.


• Coordinate with brokers and external agencies for leasing requirements and documentation.


• Track occupancy, vacancy, renewals and leasing pipeline and prepare periodic MIS reports.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms and applicable statutory requirements.


• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.


• Lead and mentor the leasing operations team and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Real Estate, Operations or a related field.


• 58 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management or real estate operations.


• Strong understanding of lease documentation, renewals, handovers and tenant management.


• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.


• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
