Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing process, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction across our communities. You will guide tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to deliver a seamless experience for prospective residents.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, experience in multifamily property management, and proficiency with Yardi, Knock CRM, Soci, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous multifamily housing leasing or property management experience required.
• Strong sales skills with ability to close and overcome objections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from lead gen to lease signing.
• Implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and meet goals.
• Conduct property tours and showcase units and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries with detailed property information.
• Process applications, conduct background and credit checks, ensure fair housing compliance.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events with the marketing team.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures and conduct unit inspections.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents and address concerns.

The Leasing Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the leasing process, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and property management expertise.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from lead generation to lease signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents.
• Implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and achieve leasing goals.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from prospective residents, providing detailed information about the property and available units.
• Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting unit inspections and ensuring units are move-in ready.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, occupancy rates, and resident demographics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in multifamily housing leasing or property management is required.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively close leasing deals and overcome objections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software (i.e., Yardi, Knock CRM, Soci) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
